He was very accommodating to my needs, and was great when I paid for an independent assessor to view the car on my behalf. Ollie made the whole process so easy. Every time I had a question during the process he was patient and helpful, and on the day he arrived on time and was very polite, friendly & helpful to us. He even sorted me out after I got the car, to help with updating the head unit. Excellent service throughout and I would 100% recommend to others - and I adore my car!
